3. What makes your pieces limited edition?
Each style is produced in extremely small batches—often only 50 pieces per design. Once they sell out, they rarely return. This ensures exclusivity and reduces overproduction.
4. Are your garments lined?
Yes. Most of our dresses are fully lined with 100% cotton for comfort, coverage, and breathability.
5. How do I care for my Nami piece?
We recommend:
  • Cold hand wash or delicate machine wash
  • Mild detergent
  • Hang or lay flat to dry
  • Steam or iron on low if needed
Because each piece is hand-printed, subtle irregularities are part of its charm.
6. Do you offer returns?
Yes. You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Visit our Returns & Shipping page for full details.
7. Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada. If you’re located elsewhere, please email us—we’d love to try to accommodate you.
8. Can I preorder or reserve a style?
Because our pieces are made in limited runs, we don’t offer preorders. We recommend signing up for email alerts to access new drops before they sell out.
Craft & Fabric FAQs
1. What is hand block printing?
Hand block printing is a traditional textile art from India, where artisans carve patterns into wooden blocks and press them by hand onto fabric. Each color and layer is stamped separately, creating subtle variations that make every piece unique.
2. Are the prints digitally made or machine-printed?
No. Every pattern you see is stamped by hand, not digitally printed or mass-produced. This technique gives each piece depth, texture, and an organic feel that machines simply can’t replicate.
3. Who makes your garments?
Our pieces are handcrafted by master artisans in Rajasthan, India—many of whom have practiced this craft for generations. We work in close partnership with small, family-run workshops that prioritize safe working conditions and fair wages.
4. Is your fabric 100% cotton?
Yes. We use 100%  cotton— It’s better for your skin, the planet, and the communities who grow it.
5. What does the fabric feel like?
Soft, breathable, and weightless. Our cotton is carefully selected to feel cool against your skin—perfect for warm weather or layering in cooler months. Every piece is lined for added comfort and structure.
6. Will the print fade or bleed?
Our prints are set and sealed through traditional washing and drying methods. However, due to the natural dyes and hand-printing, we recommend washing with care—cold water, mild detergent, and no harsh chemicals—to preserve the richness of the pattern over time.
